We create and present a complete proposal tailor-made for you in our showroom or from emails. This is the most efficient way to find the right ingredients to complete your commercial collection. To make sure we get the ‘perfect fit’, our in-house pattern makers are involved in the entire process.
Our office(development department) is located in Foshan,very near to Guangzhou Zhongda Textile market,we can offer trendy fabrics and accessories, to meet the requirements of customers for quick response.
We will provide new styles weekly and also we are looking forward you to offer styles to sampling,no matter style by photos,style by physical or design sheet.We are happy to do so.No matter you don't have correct size,only one pictures,we can create sample for you.
Development Steps as following
- photos or samples received
- starting to source and designs (control fabric cost for our customers)
- send customer fabrics via email or by courier for confirmation
- once confirmation, we will purchase sample fabric to make
- making pattern
- pre-shrinkage fabrics or testing fabric and make a record
- cutting by pieces
- sewing
- ironing
- quality checking and fitting
- measurement
- taking photos to our customer before sending out
- send out with color card
- quotation after sample sent
